My Best Friend

I have a very good friend. His name is Tom. We have been friends for many years. We go to the same school, and we are in the same class.

Tom is a very kind person. He always helps me when I have problems. Once, I forgot my math homework, and I was really worried. Tom saw me looking upset and asked me what was wrong. I told him, and he said, "Don't worry, I'll help you." He copied the homework for me. That made me very happy.

Tom is also a funny person. He always makes me laugh. Sometimes, we have funny stories to share. For example, last week, we were walking home from school, and we saw a cat sitting on a tree. Tom said, "Look, that cat is like a little king up there!" We both laughed for a long time.

Tom is a good friend because he is always there for me. He never lets me feel sad or alone. I really like spending time with him. We often play together after school. Sometimes, we draw pictures, and sometimes, we play games on his phone.

Tom is also a responsible person. He always remembers to do his homework on time and to help me when I need him. His parents are very nice too. They always welcome me into their house.

I think the best thing about Tom is that he is a true friend. He never tells me lies, and he always treats me kindly. I know that I can trust him with anything.
