I Love My Grandma
My grandma is the most important person in my family. She has always been very kind and loving to me. I remember when I was a small child, she used to teach me English. She was born in a small village in China, but she was very smart and wanted to learn new things. When she was my age, she didn’t have the chance to go to school, but she always told me that knowledge is very important.
Every day after school, I would come home and practice English with my grandma. She would read me stories from colorful books and help me with my homework. She was patient and always smile when I made mistakes. I remember one time, I couldn’t understand a difficult word, and she sat with me for hours until I finally got it. That made me feel very close to her.
My grandma also taught me about life. She used to say that family is the most important thing in the world. She would take me to visit her parents and siblings, and I could see how much they meant to her. She always told me to take care of my family and to be a good person. Her words have always stayed with me.
Now I am growing up, and I still remember everything my grandma taught me. She not only taught me English, but also taught me how to be kind, responsible, and to love. I know that one day, I will be like her—loving and caring for my family and sharing the things I learn with others.
My grandma is not only my teacher but also my best friend. I will always remember her kindness and the lessons she gave me. I love my grandma very much, and I hope to make her proud one day.
